ET | Sales Account Executive in Event Tech | Düsseldorf Or Berlin Or Munich | Event Tech | 100 OTE

As a Sales Account Executive in Event Tech, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships and drive sales within the Düsseldorf Or Berlin Or Munich, Germany area. You will serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing customers, gaining insights into their ticketing requirements and challenges, and showcasing how our solutions can effectively address their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers, managing the sales pipeline from the initial demo phase through to final onboarding.
  • Negotiate contracts utilizing tools such as Pandadoc.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success Team, meticulously logging pertinent information in Hubspot.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, reinforcing partnerships and discussing contract renewals as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the event and/or festival industry with SaaS-based software, demonstrating proven expertise in the festival sector.
  • Strong sales affinity and experience.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to demonstrate software solutions convincingly.
  • Proficient negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiation.
  • Business fluency in German and English (business English C1).
  • Knowledge of ticketing is advantageous.
  • Residing in Germany, preferably in or around Düsseldorf Or Berlin Or Munich and an EU citizen.
