As a Medior Performance Management Consultant, your role will involve supporting and guiding some of the leading companies in the Netherlands. Your main focus will be assisting our clients in the implementation of software solutions that enhance their planning processes. You'll provide valuable advice for optimizing these processes and ensure that the necessary tools are readily available. Moreover, you'll have the flexibility to develop in-house solutions and promote them in the market.

Within our team, we closely monitor market trends, particularly the emerging functionalities in tools. This enables us to stay ahead and undertake challenging projects with prestigious clients.

Furthermore, you'll have ample opportunities to organize knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior consultants. In essence, this role not only allows you to specialize in your field but also encourages an entrepreneurial spirit, enabling you to contribute to the growth of our team.

Specialization in planning is of utmost importance. You derive satisfaction from sharing your knowledge and excel as a networker. Individually, you possess strong expertise and a background, staying updated on developments in Finance and IT.

You have:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably involving Performance Management solutions.
  • Experience with Planning, Budgeting, and Performance Management solution tools such as Anaplan & Pigment.
  • You are driven by goals, customer-centric, and attentive to the process.
  • Additionally, you exhibit proactive commercial awareness and a genuine entrepreneurial mindset.
  • HBO or WO qualification in Financial/Technical/Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Eligibility to work within The Netherlands without any limitations.

Your offer:

  • Base salary up to €58k incl. 8%, depending on your experience and how the application process unfolds.
  • Bonus up to €10,000 annually, based on company/team/individual performance.
  • Mobility/lease car budget of €980.
  • 25 vacation days.
