Responsibilities
  • Working designer and/or senior designer 
  • Identify improvements for UX design process
  • Aid the team in hiring a world class team of Product Designers and User Researchers
  • Help peer in designers grow their skills and expertise
  • Participate and UX team weekly rituals (planning, Design Critique, retrospective, etc.)
  • Recommend UX technical and process improvements
  • Work with all parts of the organization (e.g. Engineering, Product, etc.) to improve overall UX
  • Being able to jump into design work and help out the team

 

Requirements 
  • 3+ years of experience in Sr UX Designer 
  • 5+ Experience hands on designer for Business apps and nice to have for DevOps domain
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially experience with executive-level communications
  • Proficiency with design tools, such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Practical experience in leading design Thinking sessions 
  • Ability to make concrete progress in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge
  • Highly curious and inquisitive by nature, and eager to learn, discover and pioneer
  • Ability to drive projects on your own and to turn actionable insight into customer value
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments
  • Ability to work with geo-distributed teams
